Description

Le Sanctuaire is an exclusive residential complex located on the Swan River in the much sought after suburb of Crawley. In late 2018, BUSS was engaged to source, and provide a solution to, the water ingress issues that were plaguing the gym area, located in the basement of the complex.

Upon inspection by the BUSS specialist waterproofing team it was discovered that the subterranean river underneath the structure, which was running into the river across from it, was producing a severe rising damp issue under the concrete slab of the structure.

BUSS developed a methodology to solve the issue and make the necessary repairs. This included concrete
breakout and repair, crack injection, steel in slab replacement, installation of a negative waterproofing membrane, render and repaint waterproofed area, refix skirting board(s), decorative moulding and tiling.
