Description
The Liv Apartment project, a Defence Housing Australia initiative that was completed in 2018, is a mixed-use residential development with three buildings, across
two street frontages on Queen Victoria Street and Quarry Street. Located in the rapidly emerging new precinct of Fremantle, the complex comprises of 166 apartments and approximately 1300 square metres of commercial space.
In May 2017, BUSS was awarded the contract to complete concrete repair, joint sealing works and waterproofing over a progressive period of ten months.
The work scope comprised of systematically remediating concrete works, extensive rectifications to Ritek walls, remedial snag and defect works with various concrete patching, grinding, joint sealing and waterproofing.
